M & R Power Components was formed in 2003. It is a sister company to Modi Power Transmissions CC which has been a leading company in the industry of repairing all makes of convertors, transmissions and axles since 1983.

We are centrally located in Cleveland Johannesburg which makes us accessible to highways for easy collections or deliveries.

We are a majority black owned business with 35% black woman ownership.
